摘　　要：介绍了青海某高原地区炼油厂含油废水处理系统的改造工程。通过对隔油-气浮-生物接触氧化工艺的改进,解决了上游装置污水严重超标排放现象,同时采用改造隔油和生化系统、改建和完善气浮系统,使生产中产生的工业废水,经过处理后,主要污染物的去除率均能达到90%以上,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的一级排放标准,为含油废水处理提供了一种新思路。In this paper is introduced a reform project of wastewater treatment system for oil refinery in the plateau of Qinghai to solve the discharging problem of the sewage with seriously exceeding standard from the upstream device. The reform project in combination with oil-separating and biochemical system, rebuilt and perfect air floating system enabled the pollutant lemoval rate to reach industrial first class discharging standard of ＂Sewage Comprehensive Discharge Standard＂ （GB8978-1996）.
