摘　　要：目的采用HPLC法测定小儿咳喘灵凝胶中绿原酸的含量。方法HPLC法，汉邦C18柱（4．6mm×250mm），流动相：乙腈-0．4％磷酸溶液（13：87），检测波长：327nm，流速：1．0ml·min^-1。结果绿原酸在0．168—0．84μg范围内有良好的线性关系，r=0．9996（n=5），平均回收率为98．55％。结论该方法分离度高，重现性好，简便，准确，可用于小儿咳喘灵凝胶的质量控制。Aim To determine chlorogenic acid in xiaoerkechuanling gel by HPLC. Methods HPLC was used in the quantitative analy- sis of chlorogenic acid in the sample. The separation was performed on hanbon C18（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm ）column with a mixture of acetonitrile-0. 4% phosphoric acid（ 13：87 ） as mobile phase. The detection wavelengh was set at 327 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min ^-1. Reuits The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.168 - 0.84 μg for chlorogenic acid （ r = 0. 9996, n = 5 ）. The average recovery was 98.55%. Conclusion The method is simple, reliable, and is a good method to determinate chlorogenic acid.
