摘 要:在分析国外多种合成聚天冬氨酸(PASP)的方法的基础上,采用马来酸酐与氨水进行溶液聚合的方法制备聚天冬氨酸,并对产物的阻垢率、黏均相对分子质量、生物降解性等性能指标进行了评价。采用静态阻垢法评价产物的阻垢率;采用极限黏度法测定聚琥珀酰亚氨的聚合度,然后计算PASP的黏均相对分子质量;采用摇床法通过对比降解前后的COD检测PASP的生物降解性能。同时,根据性能指标的变化分别对原料的物质的量配比、聚合温度和聚合时间进行了单一条件的筛选。经实验确定的合成PASP的最佳条件是:原料物质的量配比1∶1.1,聚合温度160℃,聚合时间1h。在此条件下合成的PASP阻垢率超过95%,生物降解性能达到70%。This paper is aimed to report an improved method for preparing Polyaspartic acid (PPA) by way of polymerizing maleic an- hydride and ammonia solution based on its reference to some other foreign methods of similar nature. For its development, we have done careful measurements and analyses of the mol weight values of PPA, including its inhibiting efficiency as well as biodegradation. For example, its inhibiting efficiency has been evaluated with the static antiscaling method, with polymerilation degree of polysuccinimide(PSI) tested with viscometry. While detecting the biodegradation of polyaspartic acid by comparing COD of biodegradation with a shaking-bottle incubating test, we have managed to screen out the optimal proportion of the materials, ideal temperature and time for polymerization in a single-out condition. And now, materials to be used are supposed to be polymerized for 2 h. under 160 ℃ respectively at different mol ratios(1:1.1, 1:1.2, 1:1.3, 1:1.4 and 1:1.5). Thus the results gained show that the polymerization with lower ratio seems much easier, though their corresponding mol weight values are not so large. Thus, it can be made evident that the polymerization temperature would increase with the ,nol weight added in case we increase the ratio concerned. Another set of experiments done by the authors has been brought about for 2 h under different temperatures (160 ℃, 180 ℃, 200 ℃ and 220 ℃ ) and tool ratio 1 : 1.1, whose results indicate that the mol weight value of the said acid may increase more remarkably at higher temperatures, whereas the inhibiting efficiency would drop down. In contrast to the polyaspartic acid performance, the synthesis reaction optimal condition can be determined at an optimal ratio of l : 1,1, at 160 ℃, and the ideal length of polymerization-1 h, Under such conditions the rate of scale inhibition can be expected to get over 95 %, with its biodegradation performance going up as high as to 70 %.
