摘 要:根据辽宁某化工企业的实际情况,采用新型微电解-生物强化技术对硝基苯废水进行中试研究。处理后,硝基苯类物污染物全部转化,苯胺类污染物去除率达95%以上,COD66mg/L,苯胺0.4mg/L。出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)规定的一级排放标准。根据废水酸性水质,研发了新型微电解设备。该设备运行稳定,处理效果良好,克服了以往微电解设备经常出现的堵塞和板结现象。The paper intends to present the authors' application and innovation of a micro-electrolysis and biologicaly enhancing technology in processing the nitrobenzene-containing wastewater in a chemical plant of Liaoyang, Liaoning. As a kind of organic wastewater, vitriolconcentrated decompressed sewage is characteristic of fluctuating strong acidity and low bio-degradability. Therefore, the newly improved technology is targeted to transform and eventually remove the nitrobenzene contamination from the sewage. Since the new microelectrolytic bio-enhancing technology can transform and then effectively remove the nitrobenzene contamination from the sewage in the detonator plants, the nitrobenzene pollutant can be transformed and removed more thoroughly. The removing rate of aniline can reach over 95%, with the effluent being COD 66 mg/L, anilin 0.4 mg/L. The eventual processed wastewater proves to come up to the first-class national pollution-disposing and removing standard in the country (GB 8978-1996). Moreover, the authors of the paper have successfully renovated a set of micro-electrolysis facilities and apparatus based on the acid-water purification and processing demands for the sewage. As compared with the original treating methods, the newly renovated micro-electrolysis facilities and apparatus with biologically enhanced technology has been working perfectly with no jam and clash blockading as compared with the former one, which has made it more valuable for popularization. With its successful adaptation of the new technology, the contamination-removal rate has been raised to 95% from 57.3% with aniline along with shortening of the treating time.
