摘  要:研究了3-噻唑偶氮-5-氨基苯酚(TAAP)与稀土(REs)的显色反应,建立了分光光度法测定铝矿石中稀土总量的新方法。在pH 7.0的Tris—HCl缓冲溶液中,REs与TAAP生成组成比为1:3的稳定红色络合物,其最大吸收波长位于523nm处,REs总量在0.07~1.5μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律。方法已用于铝矿石样品中稀土总量的测定,测定结果与电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱法一致,标准加入回收率为97.4%~106.1%,相对标准偏差不超过2.5%。The color reaction of rare earths with 3-thiazolylazo-5-amino phenol (abbreviated TAAP) was studled,and a new spectrophotometric determination of total REs in aluminum ore with TAAP was estab- lished. In the Tris - HCl buffer solution at pH 7.0, REs can react with TAAP to form a stable 1 : 3 red complex,which maximum absorption wavelength is located at 523 nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.07 -1.5/μg/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of total REs in aluminum ore samples,and the results were consistent with the values obtained by ICP-AES. The addition recoveries are between 97.4 % and 106.1%, and the RSD no more than 2.5 %.
