摘 要:以正三辛胺萃取分离干扰离子,采用2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚(5-Br-PADAP)-OP显色体系测定了聚烯径、氧化铝载体及重整催化剂中微量铜。对测定条件、线性范围及萃取分离条件进行了考察。Cu^2+在0.04~0.56μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.0×10^5 L·mol^1·cm^-1。样品测定结果的相对标准偏差不超过4.4%,加标回收率为96.3%~104.0%。方法选择性好,应用于人工合成样品中铜的测定,结果令人满意。By using of trioctylamine to extract and seperate from interference ions, the Cu^2+ - 5-Br-PADAPOP color system was applied to determine micro copper in polyolefine,Al2O3 carrier and reforming catalyst. The determining conditions of this method,linear range and the conditions of extraction and seperation from interference ions with trioctylamine were studied. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0.04 - 0.56 μg/mL for Cue^2 + The apparent molar absorptivity was 1.0 × 10^5 L· mol^-1. cm^- 1. The relative standard deviations of determination results for samples were no more than 4.4 %. The recoveries of standard addition of samples were 96.3 % - 104.0 %. The results show that the proposed method has high selectivity and accuracy and can be applied to determine micro copper in synthetic samples with' satisfactory results.
