摘 要:试验结果表明:当常规理化指标一致时,随着Cu、Pb、Cd质量浓度的升高,栉孔扇贝各组织的蓄积量明显升高;Cu、Cd在扇贝组织中蓄积量是内脏团>鳃>肌肉,Pb在扇贝组织中的蓄积量是鳃>内脏团>肌肉;当Cu、Pb、Cd质量浓度(0.1 mg/L)相同时,其鳃、内脏团、肌肉中重金属蓄积量的上升速率是Cu>Cd>Pb。Effects of concentrations of copper, lead and cadmium ions in sea water on their accumulation in visceral mass, muscles and gills of scallop Chlamys farreri were studied under the same physical and chemical conditions. The trial results showed that the accumulation of copper, lead and cadmium in each tissue increased as the increasing concentcations of heavy metals. The tissue accumulation levels of Cu and Cd were ranged as the following:viscera 〉 gills 〉 muscles, and for tissue accumulation level of Pb: gills 〉 viscera 〉 muscles. When the copper, lead and cadmium concentrations were maintained at 0. 1 mg/L in the water, the accumulation order of the three heavy metals in the tissues was Cu 〉 Cd 〉 Pb.
