龙芽葱木对糖尿病大鼠早期肾病结构改变的保护作用

摘  要:目的探讨龙芽葱木(Aralia eleta)对实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法Wister大鼠30只,分为正常对照组10只(NC),模型组20只,模型组以链脲佐菌素(STZ)按55 mg/kg体重单次腹腔注射制作糖尿病模型。成模后随机分为糖尿病对照组(DC);糖尿病治疗组(DT)各10只,DT组给药8周后观察各组大鼠24 h尿微量白蛋白(mALB)及肾脏超微结构变化。结果DC组大鼠24 h mALB明显高于NC组(P<0.01);与DC组比较DT组24 h mALB明显降低(P<0.05)。电镜显示:DC组肾基底膜增厚,厚薄不均,上皮细胞内线粒体空化,DT组明显减轻。结论龙芽葱木能有效降低糖尿病大鼠尿微量白蛋白含量,改善肾脏超微结构,防止基底膜增厚,保护肾小球滤过屏障。Objective To discuss the protective function Aralia eleta on the kidneys of diabetic rats.Methods Wister rats 30 were divided into the control group(NC group,N=10) and diabetic group(n=20).The diabetic group were divided into diabetic control group(DC group,n=10) and therapeutic group(DT group,n=10) after the abdominal cavity injection of STZ.The quantity of 24h urine mALB and the changes of kidney ultrastructure were observed after 8 weeks therapy of DT group.Results the quantity of 24h urine mALB of DC group obviously higher than that of NC group(P<0.01);compare with DC group,the 24h urine mALB of DT group were lowered distinctively(P<0.05).Electronmicroscope showed: the glomerular capillary basement membrane of DC group were thicker and irregular mitochondria are empty epithelial cell.Conclusion Aralia eleta can lower the quantity of the urine mLAB of diabetic rats effectively,improve its ultrastructure and prevent the glomerular basemeat membrane from kyperplasia.
