摘 要:由于聚丙烯酰胺相对分子质量和水解度发生变化,常规的淀粉-碘化镉浓度检测方法已不适用于见聚油井产出液中聚丙烯酰胺浓度的检测。因此,研究了聚合物驱见聚油井产出液的处理方法,采用超滤技术,应用美国Millipore切向流超滤系统,消除了产出液中盐和表面活性剂等杂质的影响,确定了超滤浓缩薄膜干燥法测定产出液中聚丙烯酰胺浓度的方法,解决了目前现场产出液中聚丙烯酰胺浓度检测不准确的难题。结果表明,超滤浓缩薄膜干燥法测得的聚丙烯酰胺浓度的相对误差小于1.0%,满足现场检测的要求;与该方法相比,用淀粉-碘化镉法测得见聚油井产出液中聚丙烯酰胺浓度明显偏低,误差较大。Owning to the variation of the relative molecular mass and the degree of hydrolysis, the routine method of idodine-starch colorimetry does not adapt to the determination of the polyacrylamide concentration in the produced fluid. The disposal method of production fluid in the polymer flood block was established, to eliminate the influence of salt and surfactant and other impurities in the produced fluids by employing the ultra filtration technology and the American Millipore tangential stream system. It is found that the method to determine the polyacrylamide concentration can solve the difficult problem met in inaccuracy determination of the polyacrylamide concentration. The results showed that, by using the new method the relative error is no more than 1. 0% and can meet the need of field determination, but the polyacrylamide concentration of produced fluids by the starch-cadmium iodide method is obviously lower than that determined by the new method.
