摘  要:通过正交试验,确定了铁屑还原法(微电解法)处理高浓度印染废水的最佳处理工艺条件:pH值5、铁炭质量比2∶1、反应时间60 min、曝气量0.4 L/min;并比较了微电解法、新生态Fe2+混凝法和FeSO4混凝法对去除色度和CODCr的效果。试验结果表明,微电解法效果最好,其处理的作用机理除絮凝作用、过滤吸附作用外,还包括氧化还原、电附集等协同效应。Iron chips reducing method was applied to treat high concentrated wastewater from dyeing and printing plant. The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment,those were pH vague 5, the weight ratio of iron to carbon was 2:1 ,and reaction time 60 min, aeration rate O. 4 L/min. The removal of color and CODc, by iron chips reducing method was compared to those by flocculation method with Fe^2+ from iron chips reducing method in acidic water and directly with FeS04. The results indicated the reactive mechanism of iron chips reducing method involving oxidation-reduction, flocculation, electroenrichment, filtration-adsorption and so on.
