摘  要:用气相色谱仪测量研究了ZS195柴油机燃用DME排气中的非常规排放物甲醛和甲酸甲酯。研究表明,甲醛是非常规排放物中的主要成分;在空载工况下,甲醛和甲酸甲酯的排放量随转速上升而略有上升;在高负荷工况下,二者的排放量大幅降低;此外,适当减小供油提前角,降低喷油压力和缩小喷孔直径都有利于减少甲醛和甲酸甲酯的排放量。In this paper, unregulated pollutants of formaldehyde and methyl formate from a direct injection diesel engine fueled with DME are measured by Gas Chromatography. The effects of engine operating parameters on formaldehyde and methyl formate emissions have been investigated and the results show that formaldehyde is the majority of unregulated pollutants. In the no load condition, the emissions of formaldehyde and methyl formate slightly increase as the rotate speed is increased, while in the high load condition, their emissions are reduced greatly. Moreover, appropriately reducing the advance angle of fuel injection, lowering the injection pressure and decreasing the diameter of fuel injection nozzle are all helpful to reduce the emissions of formaldehyde and methyl formate.
