摘  要:提出了一种专家系统辅以极限报警的诊断策略,分析了一个故障诊断系统的软硬件结构。采用了灰色关联度算法,并对该算法作了两点改进,引入“参数变化范围”以消除各参数变化幅度不一以及量纲的影响;根据试验验证结果提出了“权重”这一重要概念,以克服该算法忽视柴油机工作机理的缺点,计算结果表明,引入“权重”后,故障诊断准确性明显提高。Introduces a diagnosis strategy using the expert system assisted by the limit alarm, analyzes the hardware and software construction of a fault diagnosis system. Grey relevant possesses advantages such as quickness, high accuracy and easy to realize. Two improvements are mentioned.. Introduce the conception of "parameter's range" to eliminate the influence of the range difference between parameters and dimensions; According to the result of proving process by experiment, introduce the important conception "weight" to take diesel engine mechanism into account ignored by the grey relevant, and the calculating result also presents apparent improvement in accuracy after using it.
