摘  要:针对影响生物质成型燃料点火性能的4个因素,利用正交试验法合理安排试验,找出了影响生物质成型燃料点火性能的显著性因子。试验表明,燃料密度是影响点火性能的最显著因素,其次为燃料含水率、炉膛初始温度和通风状况。Based on the biomass characters and technology requirements of biomass gasification,a screw feeder is designed for biomass.Main characters of the feede are described,including diameter of screw axes,screw-pitch,axes rotate speed and power selection etc.Then vane structure models are introduced.According to the biomass characters,a screw feeder is designed with variable screw pitch,which has many advantages such as flexible feeding ability,equality and stability and good leakproof seal etc.The device can meet the need of continuing and stable feeding.
