摘 要:以无水乙醇和2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化胺(ETA),对苯乙烯马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)进行阳离子化改性,制备出一种高分子阳离子表面活性剂(SMG)。通过红外光谱、含氮量以及溶解性测定表明:SMG分子中的酸酐基团已全部开环,部分形成酯键,含氮量增至0.372%,在SMG上成功引入了季铵盐基团。SMG易溶于水,表面活性较低,但对颜料黄14的分散稳定性较好,可以使颜料的Zeta电位提高至+35.4mV。通过对纸张的表面施胶,可以提高纸张对阴离子性墨水的吸收,并能减少墨水的渗色。A novel cationic macromolecular surfactant(SMG)was prepared by modifying styrene maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA) with anhydrous alcohol and 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethyl ammonium chloride (ETA). The characterization by FTIR, nitrogen content and solubility determination show that the acid anhydride base group in the SMG molecule were all in open loop, and some became ester bond, the nitrogen content increased to 0.372 wt%, and the quaternary ammonium salts were grafted on the SMG. SMG was soluble in water and had a lower surface activity, but it had a higher dispersibility to pigment yellow 14, and the Zeta potential of pigment were increased to +35.4mV. After surface sizing with SMG, the paper obtained a high absorbability for anionic inks, and color bleeding was reduced.
