摘  要:对菊芋秆的纤维特性、化学成分及制浆遣纸性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:菊芋秆纤维平均长度为0.72mm,最大值为2.21 mm,最小值为0.22mm。菊芋秆的聚戊糖含量为16.08%,综纤维素为62.39%,均比人工构树木质部低5%~11%。采用NaOH-AQ法制浆,制浆得率为31%;以10%的有效氯用量漂白KMnO4值为15.5的浆料,浆料白度可达到70.21%ISO。采用化学预浸渍工艺制浆,其磨浆得率为88.7%,配入20%进口#11废旧箱纸板抄纸,成纸的裂断长达到了7.65Km/4.03km(纵/横),环压强度为237.ON/m/187.ON/m。The fiber morphology, chemical composition and the feasibility of pulping and papermaking of Jerusalem Artichoke stalk were studied, The findings show that the average fibre length of Jerusalem Artichoke stalk is 0.72mm, the maximum 2,21 mm, and the minimum 0. 22mm, The pentosan content of 16.08% and the holocellulose content of 62.39%, are both apparently 5%-11% lower than the woody part of plantation Common Paper Mulberry, The pulping yield was 31% for the pulp made with NaOH-AQ process, the KMnO4 value of pulp after being bleached with 10% active chlorine was 15.5 and the brightness of the pulp reached 70.21%ISO. For the pulp made with CMP process, the yield is 88.7%, after 20% of pulp from imported #11 waste linerboard being mixed for papermaking, the breaking length of the finished paper was 7,65/4,03 km (MD/CD) and the ring crush was 237,0/187.0N,
