网络融合和业务融合的探讨

摘　　要：融合是未来网络发展的主旋律。利用因特网协议/多协议标记交换(IP/MPLS)技术建设多业务承载网络,可以为商业客户和企业客户提供有服务质量(QoS)保证的融合网络。通过融合的统一业务提供平台(包括业务执行环境和业务开发环境),利用同时访问和控制多个网络的能力,可以为多网用户提供跨网络的语音、视频、数据相结合的融合业务。网络融合和业务融合是长远的目标,需要在市场、技术、业务和成本分析的基础上综合考虑,以渐进的方式逐步实现。Convergence is the main direction of networks in the future. The Internet Protocol/Multi-protocol Label Switching （IP/MPLS） technologies can be employed to build multi-service transport network and provide guaranteed QoS to support the converged multi-service networks for business and enterprise customers. The uniform and integrated service provision platform （including the service execution environment and the service developing environment） can provide converged services of voice, video and data over multiple access networks. However, the network and service convergence is a long-term strategic vision. Dependent on factors such as market conditions, technologies, services and costs, it will evolve along a gradual migration path.
