摘  要:【目的】探讨肥胖青少年血管内皮功能及动脉内膜形态学改变程度和相关因素。【方法】应用彩色多普勒超声(color doppler flow imaging,CDFI)分别检测单纯性肥胖青少年组40例和正常青少年组40例的血管内皮功能(FMD)及颈总动脉(CCA)、股动脉(FA)的内膜中层厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)、内径(N)、SM峰值流速、DM峰值流速,并测定体质指数(body mass index,BMI)。【结果】肥胖组FMD较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.01),与BMI呈负相关;肥胖组IMT较正常对照组明显增厚(P<0.01),与BMI呈正相关;肥胖组FMD与肥胖组IMT呈负相关。肥胖组N、SM峰值流速、DM峰值流速与正常对照组比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。【结论】肥胖组青少年的血管内皮及颈总动脉、股动脉内膜具有不同程度早期动脉粥样硬化(AS)的改变,变化程度与BMI有关。[Objective] To approach correlated factors and alterant extent of endarterium morphology and blood vessel endothelial function in obese adolescents. [ Methods] Intima-media thickness (IMT),diameter (N), SM peak velocity,DM peak velocity of common carotid artery (CCA), femoral artery (FA) and blood vessel endothelial function (FMD) were detected differently in 40 of simple obese adolescents group and 40 of normal adolescents group by utilizing Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI), and body mass index (BMI) was determined. [Results] FMD of obesity group was obviously degraded than normal control group(P〈0.01 ),and was negatively correlated with BMI; IMT of obesity group was obviously thickened than normal control group(P〈0.01 ),and was positively correlated with BMI. There were no significant difference between obesity group and normal control group in SM peak velocity, DM peak velocity and N(P〉0.05). [Conclusions] It had alteration of early atheroscle(AS) by different extent in endarterium of CCA.FA and blood vessel endothliurn,and the alterant extent was correlated with BMI.
