泛福舒及转移因子口服液对儿童单纯性慢性咳嗽的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察评价八种细菌提取物(商品名:泛福舒Broncho-Vaxom瑞士欧姆药厂)辅以转移因子口服液治疗儿童单纯性慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。【方法】78例单纯性慢性咳嗽的患儿,在家长对泛福舒和转移因子口服液药物知情的情况下,除常规予以对症治疗以外,其中27例自愿使用两药的患儿(A组):泛福舒3.5 mg/d(1粒)、转移因子口服液2.5 mg/d(1支),连服10 d。22例自愿使用单药的患儿(B组)仅口服泛福舒:3.5 mg/d(1粒),连服10 d。10例自愿使用转移因子口服液的患儿(C组):2.5 mg/d(1支),连服10 d。19例患儿未用泛福舒和转移因子口服液治疗(D组)。四组患儿均进行血常规、X-胸片、支原体抗体和结核菌素皮试的检查,观察四组患儿咳嗽症状缓解情况。【结果】①四组患儿血常规检查白细胞总数均在正常范围,其中A、B和C组34例(58%)、D组6例(32%)中性粒细胞百分比偏高;四组患儿X-线胸片均无异常;肺炎支原体抗体阴性,结核菌素皮试阴性。②A和B组咳嗽症状在服药2-4 d即减轻;其中A组23例(85%)在服药5 d症状完全消失,4例(15%)疗程结束后症状消失。B组12例(55%)在服药5 d症状完全消失;10例(45%)疗程结束后症状消失。C组6例(60%)在服药至疗程结束症状基本消失,4例(40%)在疗程结束时症状有减轻。D组19例患儿经对症治疗,咳嗽症状也有好转,其中7例(37%)在常规用药10 d时咳嗽症状基本消失;4例(21%)咳嗽减轻;8例(42%)咳嗽症状未见明显变化。【结论】泛福舒辅以转移因子口服液对儿童单纯性慢性咳嗽有明显的临床疗效。[Objective] To observe and evaluate the clinical effect on simple chronic cough of children with Broncho- Vaxon（BV） and transfer factor（TF）. [Methods] 78 children of simple chronic cough,were divided four groups（group A.B.C.D） ,besides routine symptomatic treatment, 27 children were taken BV and TF in 10 days（ BV 3.5 mg/d;TF 2.5 mg/d） ,22 children were only BV in 10 days（3.5 mg/d）, l0 children were only taken TF in 10 days（2.5 mg/d）, 19 children of D group were not taken drug. Four groups children all examine blood riutine.X-ray of chest.tuberculotoxin test.antibody of mycoplasma pneumoniae and observe condition of caugh remission. [Results] ①Four groups children were normal by examine total white blood cells, just neutrophil was higher among 34 children of A.B.C group（58%） and 10 children of D group（53%） ;it was normal that the Xray of chest.tuberculotoxin test and antibody of mycoplasma pneumoniae in A.B and C groups. ②Symptom of cough was lighten after 2-4 days of taken drug in group A and B：23 children of group A （85 %）recovered completely since taken medicine 5days, 4 children （15%）recovered after finish taken drug. 12 children of group B （55%）recovered completely at taken medicine 5 days, 10 of them （45%）nearly recovered after drug. 6 children of group C （60 %） recovered completely after finish taken drug, the symptom was better than before in 4 children（40 % ）. 19 children of group D were no taken both drugs,the symptom was better than before;7 of them nearly recovered（37%）;4 of them were lighten（21%） ; 8 of them were not changed （42 %）. [ Conclusion ] There has significantly clinical effect on simple chronic caugh of children with broncho-vaxom and transfer factor.
