摘　　要：报道了3起利用口腔脱落细胞成功进行DNA检验的案例,并对其中一些事项进行了探讨。这些案例表明,口腔脱落细胞DNA检验可以在刑事案件中发挥重要的作用。Successful inspection of DNA samples from mouth desquamated cells applied in three different criminal cases are reported, moreover, the analytic method and other essential points are discussed. It suggested that inspection of DNA samples from mouth desquamated cells may play an important role in criminal cases detecting.
