摘　　要：目的依据彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检测结果,探讨对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的分期方法。方法对152例糖尿病患者304只眼,进行CDFI检查,依据其检查结果对DR进行分期,并与检眼镜检查的DR分期标准进行比较,提出CDFI检查的DR分期。结果304只眼依据CDFI结果可将DR分为3期,即:DRⅠ期191只眼,占62.8%;DRⅡ期28只眼,占9.3%;DRⅢ期46只眼,占15.1%。另有39只眼未患有视网膜病。结论该分期方法可有助于减少漏诊和早期治疗。Objective To study the staging methed of diabetic retinopathy （DR） according to the characteristics of color Doppler flow image （CDFl）and clinical data of the DR patients.Methods On the basis of the CDFI performed on 152 patients （304 eyes） their DR wefe staged and compared with other classifications based on the analysis of duration of diabetes mellitus （DM）, the visual acuity, so on. Results In 304 eyes, there were 39 eyes （12.8%） without DR, 191 eyes （62.8%） with DR Ⅰ, 28 eyes （9.3%） with DRⅡ, 46 eyes （15.1%） with DR Ⅲ .Conclusion According to the results of CDFI iu 304 eyes,DR were classified as stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ.This method could help to reduce misdiagnosis and early treatment.
