振动排痰机对老年肺部感染患者的疗效观察及护理体会

摘　　要：目的了解振动排痰机对老年肺部感染患者的排痰效果。方法60例患者在常规治疗基础上随机分为人工组及机械组,分别采用人工手法拍背排痰及振动排痰机排痰,观察患者排痰前、后3 d内的日均排痰量、肺部体征及血氧饱和度(SaO2)的改变。结果经过3 d的排痰护理,两组SaO2均有显著提高;日均排痰量及排痰效果比较,机械组显著优于人工组。结论G5振动排痰机操作简便、安全、不受患者体位限制,且排痰效果比人工手法排痰好,可减轻护理人员工作强度,有利于提高护理工作质量。Objective To assess the clinical outcome of vibratory sputum ejection machine in elderly patients with pulmonary infection and to summarize our nursing experience. Methods Sixty elderly patients with pulmonary infection were divided into manual group and vibratory sputum ejection machine group. Patients in manual group were clapped on the back and those in the ejection machine group were put on the vibratory sputum ejection machine. The sputum excretion volumes were observed before and 3 days after treatments in the 2 groups. The pulmonary signs and SpO2 were also assessed in the 2 groups. Results After 3 days treatments SpO2 was obviously increased in both groups. The sputum excretion volumes and the clinical outcome in ejection machine group were better than those in the manual treatment group. Conclusion The G5 vibratory sputum excretion machine is easy-to-operate,safe, and patient-friendly; it has a better outcome than manual method and can reduce the working load of nurse and improve the nursing quality.
