摘　　要：借鉴人类政治文明的有益成果,对我们来说,主要是借鉴西方政治文明成果的有益成分。西方政治文明成果有哪些有益成分能够为我们吸收利用?我们又该怎样去学习借鉴?围绕这一问题,本文从政治思想、政治制度、政治行为三个方面,对西方政治理论研究与实践的成果进行了客观分析,并提出了相关建议。For us, making use of the beneficial achievements in the political civilization of human beings means using for reference the beneficial part of the achievements of political civilization in western countries. Which part of the political civilization achievements in western countries can we make use of？ How can we use these achievements for reference？ From the views of political thoughts, systems and behaviors, the writer objectively analyzed the achievements of western political theories and practices, and make suggestions accordingly.
