摘　　要：分析了物流外包的多重任务特性,利用多任务代理模型探讨了物流外包中的最优契约设计,结果表明:物流任务的可观测性和关联性对最优合约设计有重要影响。据此提出了以下建议:物流外包方应设计合理的指标考核体系,把主观绩效考评与客观绩效考评相结合,并与第三方物流企业建立长期合作伙伴关系。The multi -task specialty in the logistics outsourcing is analyzed, and optimal contract design is probed by using multi - task agent model. The conclusion shows that the level of logistics being observed and the relationship among logistics task are critical to the contract design. Based on the conclusion, several proposals are given, such as planning KPI, combining objective check with subjective check, and establishing long term partnership between the two parties.
