摘　　要：人按照真、善、美三维尺度从事实践活动,真善美的统一是人的至上境界,求真、向善、臻美是人类生活的永恒主题。法治精神体现了对人求真、向善、臻美的终极眷注,具有真善美的价值。Human being goes in for practice according to three rules which are truth, goodwill and beauty.The concept of unity of truth, goodwill and beauty is human lofty realm. Seeking truth, goodwill and beauty is eternal subject in human life. The spirits of rule of law is attaching to human＇s seeking truth, goodwill, and beauty from the ultimate meaning, and have value to truth, goodwill and beauty.
