摘　　要：目的:研究可调式芳香枕在治疗颈椎病中恢复颈曲及临床症状的价值。方法:选择50岁以内,椎体未形成骨桥的颈椎病患者77例随机分2组(对照组:手法不可调颈枕组;治疗组:手法可调颈枕组),并进行数字颈椎摄影,采取Bordens测量法分别对2组患者治疗前后测量颈曲,并进行观察颈曲的变化情况。结果:治疗组对颈曲及临床症状缓解的疗效更为显著。结论:通过手法调整颈椎关节后选择可调颈枕并以0°垫枕位垫枕可更好地改善临床症状和纠正颈椎曲度,恢复颈椎力学平衡,维持颈椎病的远期疗效。Objective：To investigate the clinic-value of controllable aromatic pillow to correcting the curvature and mitigating the symptom on cervical vertebra disease. Methods： 77 cases of cervical vertebra disease were selected with certain diagnostic standard. All these patients were ofthe age less than 50. It had＇t formed bone bridge between vertebras. Three groups were treated respectively with pure manipulation or manipulation with common pillow or manipulation with controllable aromatic pillow. We took digital X-ray, measured the curvature with Bordens, and observed the transformation of curvature for all these patients before and after the treatment course. Results：Effect of the group treated with both manipulation and controllable aromatic pillow was more obvious than the other two groups. Conclusion： Through taking controllable aromatic pillow with zero angle, after adjusting cervical vertebra joint with manipulation, we can correct the curvature, improve clinic symptom, reinstate the mechanics balance of cdervical vertebra and maintain long-term effect of cervical vertebra disease.
