摘　　要：目的:观察Lambert型豪猪状鱼鳞病的组织病理和电镜表现。方法:观察一Lambert型豪猪状鱼鳞病家系,并对皮损组织做光镜和电镜观察。结果:光镜下可见颗粒层和棘细胞上层多数双核细胞及核周厚薄不均连续的包壳结构;电镜下可见包壳结构由张力微丝组成。结论:Lambert型豪猪状鱼鳞病的显微结构,即棘细胞上层的双核细胞和核周张力微丝壳,与Curth-Macklin型豪猪状鱼鳞病相似。Objective： To observe pathological features of ichthyosis hystrix （HI） Lambert type with light and electron microscopes. Methods： A family of IH Lambert type was observed and pathological features of the skin lesion examined under light and electron microscopes. Remits： Under light microscope,binuclear cells in granular layer and upper layer d prickle cells, and perinuclear shell formstion consisted d thin or thick continuous structure was found. The shells were composed of tonofilaments electron microspcope. Conclusion： Binuclear cells and tonofilamert＇ s surrounding the nucleus in upper keratinocytes are characteristic features, which are similar to those reported in IH Curth- Macklin type.
