摘  要:利用金属导体FeAl系合金箔,电热爆炸产生的瞬间高能量冲击波效应,制备FeAl、FeCrAl、FeCrAlRE三种等离子体喷涂层。通过涂层SEM等检测手段,可以看出涂层具有致密的组织结构,同时涂层与基体之间存在较为明显的过渡层。经高温氧化耐蚀性测试等综合分析,结果表明,FeCrAlRE喷涂层耐高温氧化腐蚀能力较FeCrAl平均提高2.20倍,较FeAl喷涂层增加3.83倍,同时还研究了三种等离子体喷涂层的高温氧化过程变化规律。The plasma spray coatings of FeAl, FeCrAl and FeCrAlRE were prepared by using instantaneous high-energy shock wave effect produced by electro-thermal explosion of FeAl-based alloy foil. The high temperature oxidization test was carried out and the microstructure of the coatings was examined by SEM. Nano-crystals and micron crystal structure were observed and metallurgical bond and distinct interlayer were formed between the coating and the substrate. The high temperature oxidation process was imvestigated by high temperature oxidation corrosion resistance tests of the plasma spray coatings. The FeCrAlRE coating gives an excellent anti-corrosion property and heat resistance at high temperature compare with that of FeCrAl coating.
