摘　　要：目的:探讨灵芝水煎剂对束缚应激小鼠血清胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-I)含量的影响.方法:以不同剂量的灵芝水煎剂给应激前的小鼠灌胃10d,应激20h后用放射免疫分析法(RIA)测定其血清IGF-I的含量.结果:束缚应激前以8g/(kg.d)灵芝水煎剂灌胃的小鼠,束缚应激期间血清IGF-I含量比单纯应激小鼠增加了32%(P<0.01).结论:口服灵芝水煎剂有对抗应激所致的血清IGF-I含量下降的作用,能预防或减轻应激给机体带来的危害.AIM： To investigate the effect of aqueous extract from Ganoderma Lucidum on levels of serum insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ （IGF-Ⅰ） in restraint stressed mice. METHODS： The different doses of aqueous extract from Ganoderma Lucidum were given orally for 10 d in mice before restraint stress, and its serum IGF-Ⅰ was assayed by using the raclioimmunoassay （RIA） after restraint stress for 20 h. RESULTS： The level of serum IGF-Ⅰ in restraint stressed mice given aqueous extract from 8 g/（ kg · d） Ganoderma Lucidum before restraint stress was increased by 32% as compared with that in restraint stress control group （P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION Taking orally aqueous extract from Ganoderma Lucidum could resist the decrease of serum IGF-Ⅰ due to restraint stress in mice, and could prevent or alleviate damages aroused by the restraint stress in mice.
