摘  要:目的:建立牡牛分枝杆菌的快速检测方法.方法:采用紫外分光光度计法、测湿重法、平板菌落计数法测定细菌数,建立紫外分光光度计法、测湿重法对平板菌落计数法的标准曲线.结果:建立了紫外分光光度计法和湿重法相对于平板计数法的标准曲线,通过准确度分析表明在细菌含量在每毫升10^5~10^8之间时,两标准曲线线性关系良好.结论:该方法可用于牡牛分枝杆菌的快速计数.AIM: To build up a fast counting method for Mycobacterium vaccae ( M. vaccae ). METHODS: We counted M. vaccae by UV spectrophotometry, wet weight measurement and plate count method, and built up two standard curves. One was drawn according to the results of UV spectrophotometry to plate count and the other was humid weight to plate count. RESULTS: We built up two standard curves with the results of UV spectrephotometry and wet weight, to plate count, respectively. The analysis of accuracy rating proved that there was an approximal linear correlation between the two standard curves ranging from 10^5/ mL to 10^8/mL. CONCLUSION: The method is dependable, and can be used for quick counting of M. vaccae.
