摘　　要：报告1例Kyrle病。患者女,46岁。全身散发角化过度性丘疹及结节2年。皮损组织病理检查示表皮角化过度,表皮全层可见角化过度和角化不全的角栓,并穿过表皮进入真皮,角质形成细胞几乎与真皮接触。根据临床表现和组织病理学改变诊断为Kyrle病,并给予对症治疗,皮损好转。A case of Kyrle＇s disease is reported.A 46-year-old female presented with a history of muliple byperderatotic papules and nodules seattered her shole body for 2 years.Histopathology showed follicular and extrafollioular,hyperkeratotic,focally parakeratotic plug located within the epidermal inyanination ,and abnormal keratinization of all the epidermal layers including basel cells at one or more foci beneath the plug.The diagnosis of Kyrle＇s disease was made.She was given symptomatic treatment and lesions got better.
