摘  要:目的探讨躯干与肢体配套组合训练对脑梗死患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法将86例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(44例)及对照组(42例)。2组患者均给予常规内科治疗,治疗组同时给予躯干与肢体配套组合训练,对照组则给予常规肢体运动功能训练,治疗时间均为8周。分别于入选时、治疗结束后及发病后6个月时进行运动功能和日常生活活动能力评分、肘关节向心伸肌肌力和肘关节痉挛程度评级以及6min步行距离测试等。结果2组患者经相应治疗后,发现治疗组患者肢体运动功能、日常生活活动能力、肘关节向心伸肌肌力、痉挛程度评级以及6min步行距离等均明显优于对照组(均P〈0.05)。结论躯干与肢体配套组合训练能显著改善脑梗死患者运动功能,对进一步提高临床疗效具有重要意义。Objective To study the effects of trunk plus limb action training (TPLAT) for functional rehabilitation in patients with cerebral infarction (CI). Methods Eighty-six CI patients were randomly divided into a treatment group ( n = 44) and a control group ( n = 42). All patients were treated with routine drugs. In addition, the patients in the treatment group were treated with TPLAT and those in the control group were treated with the routine limb movement rehabilitation. Then all patients were assessed with the scale of Simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Functional Assessment (S-FMMFA) , the Barthel Index (BI) , the Manual Muscle Test of elbow joint (MMTEJ) , the Modified Ashworth of elbow joint (MAEJ) and the 6 rain walking distance before and after treatment and at 6 month after CI. Results The scale of S-MMFA,BI,MMTEJ and the 6 rain walking range in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group(P 〈0.05), while MAEJ in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion TPLAT can significantly ameliorate limb movement function in CI patients.
