慢性乙型肝炎血清胰岛素样生长因子-1水平及其与血清肝纤维化指标关系的研究

摘　　要：探讨各型慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的变化及其与血清肝纤维化指标的关系。用放射免疫分析法检测CHB和乙肝后肝硬化患者血清IGF-1和肝纤维化指标(包括HA、LN、PⅢP和CⅣ)。CHB和乙肝后肝硬化患者血清肝纤维化指标明显高于正常对照组,CHB患者血清IGF-1水平明显高于正常对照组,乙肝后肝硬化患者血清IGF-1水平则明显降低。CHB患者血清IGF-1水平与肝纤维化血清指标呈正相关,乙肝后肝硬化患者血清IGF-1水平与肝纤维化血清指标无相关关系。CHB患者血清IGF-1水平异常与肝脏的损害相关,而且可能与CHB患者肝脏纤维组织增生相关联。To investigate the relationship of insulin- like growth factor- 1 （IGF- 1 ） and its relationship with serum markera of hepatic fibrosis （HA、LN、PⅢP and Ⅳ. C） in chronic hepatitis B （CHB）. The levels of serum IGF - 1 and serum markers of hepatic fibrosis extracted from patients with CHB and liver cirrhosis were analyzed by RIA. Compared with the control, the level of serum markers of hepatic fibrosis was significantly higher in patients with CHB and liver cirrhosis. The level of serum IGF - 1 in patients with CHB was significantly higher than that in control. While the level of serum IGF -1 in patients with liver cirrhosis was lower than that in control. There were positive relationship betweenthe levels of serum IGF - 1 and serum markers of hepatic fibrosis in patients with CHB. And there was no relationship in patients with liver cirrhosis. IGF - 1 might be related with liver damage and hepatic fibrosis in patients with CHB.
