摘　　要：目的:探讨个体化选择手术方案治疗Weill-Marchesani综合征的效果。方法:Weill-Marchesani综合征患者3例(6眼)年龄均<25岁,均发现高度近视,球形晶状体,其中2例伴青光眼,2例采用晶状体吸出+人工晶状体植入术,1例施晶状体吸出+IOL植入+复合式小梁切除术。术后观察患者矫正及非矫正视力、眼压及IOL位置并随访3mo。结果:患者3例术后视力均较术前明显提高,3mo复诊双眼视力均>0.5,IOL位正,眼压正常。结论:个体化地选择适宜的手术方案治疗Weill-March-esani综合征疗效满意。AIM： To evaluate the effect of the individual surgical project on Weill-Marchesani syndrome patients. METHODS： Three patients （6 eyes, fewer than 25 years old） with Weill-Marchesani syndrome who developed high myopia, spherophakia, two of them with glaucoma, were studied. Two patients underwent clear lens extraction and intraocular lens （IOL） implantation. The other underwent clear lens extraction, IOL implantation and compound trabeculectomy. Their postoperative visual acuity, intraocular pressure （IOP） and the position of IOL were recorded. RESULTS： At the 3-month follow-up, the postoperative visual acuities of three patients were markedly improved, which better than 0.5 in all eyes with IOL normotopfa and normal IOP. CONCLUSION： Taken individual surgical approach on Weill-Harchesani syndrome patients achieves satisfactory curative effect.
