摘　　要：年龄相关性白内障目前的治疗仍以成熟期手术摘除为主。药物治疗仍然面临挑战。中医药长期被用于年龄相关性白内障的早期治疗,近年来在我国取得了一定的进展。多种内服和外用的中药制剂已应用于临床,其作用机制和有效性还有待于深入的验证。本文对我国十余年来中医药治疗年龄相关性白内障的临床进展及药物的药理研究进行分析、归纳和综合,为临床提供参考资料。At present, extirpated by operation at maturation phase is the mainly therapy of age-related cataract, but the medical treatment is still challenged, The traditional Chinese medicine has been used in treating age-related cataract at early stage for many years and some extent of the progress has been made in China recently. Many kind of internal and external drugs are being used in dinical treatment, but the pharmacological mechanism and efficacy still need to be further clarified. Current information on clinical study, experimental research of age-related cataract and the advance of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine is analyzed and summarized in the report to offer a reference for dinical therapy.
