摘　　要：介绍了一个年产3000万m2纸面石膏板生产线的监控系统。车间级的数据传输采用冗余光缆环形工业以太网,设备级的数据传输采用Profibus-DP。上位监控软件选用美国GE公司的人机界面软件Cimplicity HMI按3层软件设计模式进行组态开发,通过OPC接口同时访问SIEMENS和AB的PLC系统,并用VB控件VSPrinter扩展了Cimplicity HMI的报表打印功能。本监控系统正式投运后,运行平稳、可靠,完全满足生产工艺要求。The monitor and control system of production line for gypsum board with annual capacity of 30 million m2 is introduced in this paper. Ring industrial Ethernet consistion with redundant optical fibre and Profibus-DP are adopted for data transmission at the level of workshops and devices respectively. The Cimplicity HMI software of GE company,U.S is adopted for configuration and development of monitor and control system according to the design mode of three-tier. The PLC systems of AB and Siemens can be accessed simultaneously by OPC. The VB ActiveX named VSPrinter is used to extend the functions of printing and reporting for Cimplicity HMI. After the system is put into practice,the engineering results show it is stable and reliable and meet the requirements for process production completely .
