摘　　要：从钢水喂钙处理机理出发,分析了浇注钙处理钢水时钢包水口堵塞的影响因素,提出了钙处理工艺的有关改进措施,解决了钢包堵水口的问题。Preceding from mechanism of Ca-treatment of the liquid steel, the present paper analyzes the cause to the ladle nozzle blockage in casting the Ca-treated liquid steel and puts forward technical measure to improve the Ca-treatment process and as the result, the problem of the nozzle blockage is solved.
