摘　　要：浸入式水口(SEN)的使用寿命是影响连铸机作业率的关键因素之一,采用自动变渣线工艺大幅提高了SEN的使用寿命,改善了手动变渣线引起的液面波动、水口偏流及对钢包自动浇注的影响,减少了生产事故,提高了铸坯质量。The service life of the SEN is one of the most critical factors affecting the availability of the continuous caster. By application of the automatic change of the slag line technology the service life of the SEN can be greatly prolonged and the liquid level fluctuation due to manually change of the slag line reduced to some extent and flow deviation of the nozzle and its influence on the automatic casting of the ladle improved. As the result, the accidents in the production have been reduced and quality of the slab improved.
