摘 要:采用正交实验方差分析法,通过水模实验和数值模拟计算,研究了喷枪夹角、喷枪喇叭口高度、喷枪枪位、载气流量等因素对100t铁水罐喷镁脱硫时混匀时间及流场的影响。结果表明,采用夹角为11°、喇叭口高度为705mm的喷枪,在枪位为2 150mm、喷吹载气流量为35m3/h的条件下获得了较好的实际生产效果,可使镁脱硫剂的消耗明显降低。By means of orthogonal experiments, variance analysis, numerical simulation and water model experiments, the effects of included angle and height of the lance's bellmouth, the level of the lance and the carrier gas flow rate on the blending time and the flow field in the process of desulphurization by Mg injection in 100 t hot metal ladle have been studied. Experiments show that better practical results have been achieved and the consumption coefficient of Mg bearing desulphurizer prominently cut down since 11° is chosen as the included angle of the lance's bell-mouth, 705 mm as its height, 2 150 mm as the lance's level and 35 m^3/h as the carrier gas flow rate.
