摘 要:以某厂板坯连铸结晶器为原型,采用1∶1的水模型进行模拟实验,研究表明:增加拉速、减小水口的浸入深度、减小水口出口向下的倾角以及增加水口的吹气量均会增加结晶器内钢液的表面流速、增大结晶器内卷渣的倾向,其中拉速的增加对表面流速的影响最大。Taking the slab caster mold of a specific steel-making plant as the prototype, water modeling experiments on the velocity of the surface flow in the slab caster mold under the different processing conditions are carried out with a 1 : 1 scale water model. Results show that the velocity of the surface flow in the mold can be accelerated by increasing the casting speed, decreasing the submerged depth of SEN, reducing the down ward angles of the nozzle outlets and increasing Ar flow-rate. Of the above mentioned technical measures, the most effective one on the velocity of the surface flow is increasing the casting speed.
