摘  要:在铝酸钠溶液离子膜电解种分的过程中,考察一些主要因素对其附聚效率的影响。研究表明:溶液的苛碱浓度、溶液的分子比、晶种的添加量、分解的温度以及搅拌速度等都会对附聚效率有一定的影响。相同条件下,铝酸钠溶液离子膜电解种分过程的附聚效率远高于拜耳法种分过程的附聚效率。随时间延长不同粒子发生附聚的次序不同,细粒子优先附聚;低αK的溶液,附聚效率较高;溶液浓度过高,附聚效果不好;过饱和度和晶种比两者适当时,才能获得高的附聚效率;搅拌速度不宜太高;硅量指数太低,其附聚效果不好。In the electrolyze and decompose process of sodium aluminate solution with ion membrane, some key influence factors on agglomerative efficiency were researched. The results show that time, temperature, αK, solution concentration, stir speed, coefficient of seed crystal and silica index can all influence the agglomerative efficiency. The agglomerative efficiency is much higher in lowαK and medium concentration; degree of supersaturation and addition of seed crystal should be adequate; the agglomerative turn of different particles can change, as the time increases, small particles aggregate first- ly ; stir speed should not be too rapid; the agglomerative effect is better with increase of silica index. The agglomerative efficiency comparison of ion membrane electrolysis is higher than the Bayer seeds precipitating process in the same condition.
