摘 要:随着压型钢板-混凝土组合板结构在工业厂房、电厂以及城市桥梁中的应用,组合板振动特性逐渐受到业主和设计人员关注。本文对四种类型共16块两端简支的BONDEKⅡ型闭口型压型型钢板-混凝土组合板进行模态试验,得到了闭口型压型钢板-混凝土组合板第1阶至第3阶自振频率。采用ANSYS程序对四种类型试件进行了数值模态分析,并按现有规程提供方法计算了试件的第1阶自振频率。通过比较模态试验、数值模拟和理论计算三种方法的计算结果,对所采用数值模态分析技术进行了验证。最后进一步对一系列不同跨度和边界条件下的组合板进行数值模态分析,得到不同跨度和边界条件下组合板各阶振型和自振频率,为组合板振动设计提供有益的参考和依据。With the application of profiled sheeting steel concrete composite slabs in factories, power plants and bridges, vibration performance of the composite slabs has drawn great attention of owners and engineers. However, few experiments and researches were carried out by now. In this paper, modal experiments of 16 simply supported composite slabs with BONDEK Ⅱ closed profiled steel sheeting were conducted, and the free vibration frequencies from 1^th to 3^rd modes were tested. Based on the finite element numerical program ANSYS, numerical modal analysis of those specimens above was conducted, and the vibration mode curves and free vibration frequencies were obtained. The vibration frequency of the 1^st mode obtained from numerical simulation is in good agreement with both the test result and the estimated result, which is calculated with the formula presented by the design codes, and the method of numerical modal analysis for the composite slabs is proved correct. Finally the numerical modal analysis of a series of composite slabs with different spans and different boundary conditions was done based on ANSYS, and the mode curves and free vibration frequencies were also obtained.
