会阳穴治疗不稳定膀胱的特异性研究

摘　　要：目的研究会阳穴治疗不稳定膀胱的特异性。方法采用多中心、随机对照的研究方法,将138例不稳定膀胱患者随机分为会阳组(93例)、环跳组(45例);采用国际尿控协会排尿障碍症状评分(I-PSS)、生活质量积分等比较不同穴位针刺治疗不稳定膀胱的疗效。结果针刺3次后,会阳组可缓解各项排尿异常症状(P<0.05),环跳组仅可改善排尿不尽感、尿急(P<0.05);两组均可降低I-PSS积分、提高生活质量(P<0.05),会阳组的改善效果优于环跳组(P<0.05)。针刺5次后,会阳组的改善效果优于针刺3次(P<0.05)。结论针刺会阳穴对不稳定膀胱有特异性调节作用,且有累积作用。Objective To study the specificity of acupoint Huiyang （BL 35） in the treatment of unstable bladder, Methods 138 subjects in multiple center were randomized into Huiyang group and Huantiao group; I-PSS and quality of life were observed and compared between two groups. Results After three acupuncture treatments, Huiyang （BL 35） could relieve urination problems （P〈0.05） and Huantiao could just relieve dripping and urgent urination （P〈 0.05）; I-PSS reduced and the quality of life improved in beth groups, but Huiyang group had better results than Huantiao group （P 〈 0.05）; five treatments could bring about better results than three treatments （P〈 0.05）. Condusion Huiyang has specific effects on unstable bladder and the effects accumulate with treatments.
