摘  要:目的探讨野罂粟提取物及总生物碱对人遗传物质的毒理效应。方法用微核率和姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)率来评价野罂粟提取物及总生物碱对人淋巴细胞的遗传毒性作用。结果低剂量野罂粟提取物(1mg)组及总生物碱(2μg、4μg和8μg)组的SCE率、微核率与空白对照组无差异(P>0.05),但随提取物及总生物碱浓度升高,SCE率、微核率逐渐上升,表现出明显的剂量-效应关系。结论提取物及总生物碱虽有一定的细胞毒性和遗传毒性,但在正常使用剂量内不会引起人遗传物质的毒性效应。Objective To explore the poisonous effects of the extract of Papaver Nudieaule L. and its total alkaloid on human gene. Methods Experiments of micronucleus and sister chromatid exchange (SCE) were applied to determine the genetic toxicity effects of the extract of Papaver Nudicaule L, and its total alkaloid on human peripheral blood lymphocytes. Results The experiment result shows that no significant diffeience was presented between the groups with administrations of 2 μ, 4 μg and 8 μg of the total alkaloid of Papaver Nudicaule L. and lmg of its extract and the group with administration of negative control (P〉0.05), but the micronucleus frequency and the sister chromatid exchange frequency rose while the dosages of the extract of Papaver Nudicaule L. and its total alkaloid increased, which indicated that the obvious relationship between the dosages and the effects exists. Conclusion The extract of Papaver Nudicausle L. and its total alkaloid with common dosage don't induce the poisonous effects on human gene despite their cellular toxicity and genetic toxicity.
