成人腹股沟疝无张力修补术269例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨成人腹股沟疝疝环充填式无张力修补术的治疗效果及术后常见并发症发生的原因和预防措施。方法回顾性分析我院收治的269例成人腹股沟疝疝环充填式无张力修补手术患者的临床资料。结果2例疝复发,复发率为0.7%;术后切口区疼痛轻微,切口感染4例,感染率为1.5%;阴囊血肿3例,发生率为1.1%。结论采用疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝,复发率和切口疼痛发生率低。Objective To investigate curative effect of tension-free hernioplasty on adults with inguinal hernia, to find the cause and preventive measures for complications occurring after operation. Methods To analyze retrospectively clinical data of 269 hospital patients treated in our division. These patients with inguinal hernia received hernia ring obturation and tension-free hernioplasty. Results Two hernia relapsed （0, 7% ）, Infection of incision wound occurred in 4 cases （ 1, 5% ）. Three cases showed serotal hematoma（ 1, 1% ）. Conclusions To treat the adult inguinal hernia by tension-free hernioplasty could reduce recurrence rate and relieve the ache of incision.
