Objective To study the application efficacy of clinical pathway in patients with severed finger replantation. Methods Ninety three patients were randomly divided into experiment group (n = 47) treated with clinical pathway application and control group( n =46) with traditional treatment and nursing. The curative and nursing efficacy of the two groups was compared. Restuits There was no significantly difference in the average inhospital days and expense (P 〉 0.05 ), but the understanding rate of health education and degree of patients satisfaction in the experiment group are much higher than that in the control (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The understanding rate of health education and patients satisfaction degree can be increased by clinical pathway application effectively. There is obvious effect on the average inhospital days and expense.
