浅谈循环经济理念在建材行业环评中的应用

摘　　要：在我国现阶段经济发展过程中,循环经济已成为可持续发展的必然需要。作为工业生产所追求的最高境界,清洁生产与循环经济息息相关。由于建材行业的特点,涉及到物料和能源的循环利用,因此在生产过程中所有环节都存在清洁生产的机会。本文中提出在建材行业运用循环经济理念,并建议将清洁生产渗透至生产过程的所有方面,最大限度地取得环境和经济效益。The Circular Economy has become a necessary trend in sustainable development of China economic system. As a top target of enterprise pursued, the Cleaner Production has the relationship with the Circular Economy. Based on the characters of building material sector, the materials and energies can be recycled. All points in the production process have the Cleaner Production opportunity. The Circular Economy idea shall be applied in building materials sector. It suggests that the Cleaner Production shall be combined with the production process to obtain the maximum benefit in both environment and economy in the paper.
