我国电子病案建设现状浅析

摘　　要：电子病案是数字化医院的核心。目前我国医院电子病案的建设在门诊医师工作站、住院医师工作站、病区护士工作站、检验信息系统、医学影像处理系统等方面取得了不同程度的进展。而缺乏电子病案的标准化、缺乏资金及人才、缺乏管理规范等因素影响电子病案的发展。Electronic medical records are the core of a digital hospital. At present, outpatient, inpatient and nursing workstations of electronic medical records are being established. And the system of laboratory, medical imagines, etc. are progressing in different extents. However, the lack of standardized electronic medical records, lack of funds and personnel, lack of regulatory factors affect the development of electronic medical records.
