摘　　要：依托电子病案应用病案连锁技术,能使我们追踪和确认医疗质量,还可为更广泛的流行病学研究提供可靠的技术保障,并实现病案资料的互通。在这方面,我们还有许多基础工作和相关的开发研究亟待跟进和完善。Supported by Electronic Medical Records（EMR）, we not only can trace and validate the quality of medical treatment, but also offer technique guarantee to the epidemiological study and share the medical records information by making use of the medical records linkage technology. To achieve this aim, many basic works should be done and related study need to be researched.
