摘  要:目的绩效考核指标体系的建立是为了加强病区质量管理,不断进行质量改进,切实有效地提高医疗质量。方法引用综合指数指标并对质量指标进行标准化处理,用质控图的形式表示出来。结果把影响医院(病区)效益的多方面因素一同考虑,比较全面客观地反映了医院(病区)经营的实际绩效。The establishment of the assessment system on the achievements and benefit targets is to reinforce the quality control of the ward area, carry out unceasingly quality improvement, practically and effectively make medical treatment quality better. Methods: A Comprehensive index is introduced. The quality index is standardized and presented in quality control graph. Results: The factors influencing the benefits of hospital (ward area) in many ways are taken into account together. The real achievements and benefits of hospital (ward area) management are reflected more comprehensively and objectively.
