摘　　要：加强公共危机管理是构建和谐社会的重要内容。警察临战是公共危机管理的重要组成部分,它为公共危机管理决策提供服务,为公共危机管理提供资源保障,它是公共危机管理的重要手段。危机管理是警察临战学的理论基础。Enhancing the public crisis management is one of the important things in the construction of the harmonious society. The police being in the emergency is important part in the public crisis management, which service for the public crisis management decision -making, guarantee the resources of the public crisis management. It is an important measure for public crisis management. The theory of the crisis is the basic theory of the police being in the emergency theory.
